Why do I not see my product in the marketplace. When a Vendor creates a new product or service, it does NOT show in the marketplace until it has made 1 sale. This is to protect the integrity of the marketplace from junk listings, spam listings, and test products etc.. Also, if NO SALE IS MADE FOR 120 DAYS, you get unlisted from the marketplace until another sale is made. This is to keep the marketplace fresh with current selling hot products and services.
a) Wrong code used b) You have it checked not to show in marketplace a) Sale less than $1
No. You may not promote any affiliate programs through PaidToSell.com. Either in the marketplace or even as a product not in the marketplace. Any product sold through PaidToSell.com must be a product or service you created, or a product or service that you have rights to sell. If you are not the creator, author, or have not obtained the rights to sell the item then you may not list it with our service. If you are an affiliate for any 3rd party program, you may not promote it through PaidToSell.com or our marketplace.
Yes. You simply make the price $.99 or less and it will show not charge you a fee or show in the marketplace after you make a test sale.
Maybe you want to make a Joint Venture offer to someone at 75%. You have a normal sales page for 50%, but you want to make a new page for your JV partners at 75%. But, when a sale is made, you do not want this to show in the marketplace to the public, or you may get some people to signup at 75% instead of 50%. You will also have it listed 2 x in the marketplace and that will be confusion.
Yes. After you make your normal product. Make a new one just like it. But make this % higher. You can even have it point to the same exact sales page. You do not even have to add new order buttons to the page. You can use the order buttons from the original non JV product you created at the normal percentage. Next, choose NOT to list in marketplace. You do not want the public to see this, they will just bypass your regular affiliate program. Then, make an affiliate page for it. Grab your affiliate link URL we provide you. Then share that URL (link) with your JV partner to signup.
Yes. Just add the buttons to the page. If promoted by an affiliate he will get paid for any purchase. Also, the main page promoted or the marketplace you make, must be a product at PaidToSell, then you can have all your other products there. - Your affiliate must promote his link and not the sales page directly. Now enter the appropriate payment options you want. And make sure when you are done to add special commissions settings for this payment option when done. Customers will only see a PayPal button for this option. Paying and Collecting Affiliate Commission Questions...
Affiliates cannot purchase Marketplace products using their own affiliate links. In any instance where an affiliate purchases from his/her own affiliate link, commission will default to the vendor who owns the product. The PaidToSell script is designed to do this automatically, thus preventing affiliates from abusing the system. Login to PaidToSell.com. Click on "commissions" - Click on the appropriate PayPal file you wish to get your pay data.
At the close of each month you have 30 days to pay your affiliates. You may pay on the 1st right away and we encourage payment by the 15th. However, you can wait to see if you get any refunds but you must pay before the last day of the month (the month after the closed month.) We suggest if not paying by the 10th, to login and email all your affiliates ("Manage Affiliates") and let them know when you are going to pay them. Click here to see how to Mass Pay your affiliates. We will also provide you with data to mail checks to your affiliates if you allow that in your profile. This is only for any affiliate that does not want mass pay.
You will get paid Via Mass Pay to your PayPal or by check. You choose your preference in your profile. At the close of each month the vendor has 30 days to pay their affiliates. They may pay on the 1st right away. We encourage them to pay by the 15th. But the vendor may wait to see if he gets any refunded sales. He must pay you before the last day of the month (the month after the closed month.) If not, we provide you with contact information to request payment. If over 60 days, we provide you a way to report it to PaidToSell.com. IMPORTANT NOTE TO ALL AFFILIATES:
See above.
If you promote your affiliate link and they do not buy that day, it will track your sale for any period of time. Even if the buyer comes back to that page years later you still get paid. Even if they do not use your link and just type the domain URL because that was all they remembered, you still get paid. Note: Your id will be replaced by any affiliate that promotes the site to the same customer after you. We only reward the last affiliate, not the first, for the sale. So if you did the last promotion, then it should be you that gets the credit.
PaidToSell.com is free to join. Vendors and affiliates pay a small fee per transaction. Please see our fees here.
You will need a PayPal account to receive payments or commissions. If you do not have one you need to get one. If you can not get one you can not use the vendor function. You can be an affiliate but only to those vendors that agree to mail checks to their affiliates. You can signup for:
